No previous experience with yoga or SUP board is required. All levels of fitness are welcome.

I prefer small groups to ensure everyone gets a quality yoga practice.

Keep in mind the time to inflate your board. If you have an inflatable board.

I give 10-15 min to get ready before starting the class.
