Unleash Your Best
The Founder
Lety Rodriguez is a multifaceted wellness professional and proud U.S. Army Veteran with a distinguished nine-year tenure as a Behavioral Health Specialist in the United States Department of Defense.
She received her certification as a Whole Health Coach through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where she deepened her understanding of integrative approaches to well-being. During her time there, she successfully supported meaningful lifestyle changes—so impactful that one veteran’s journey from the couch to living with purpose was recognized at the national level by the VA.
Now a full-time wellness coach, Lety specializes in transformational coaching—guiding individuals through the healing of deep emotional wounds to foster post-traumatic growth and renewed purpose. Her approach blends evidence-based practices with intuitive, heart-centered guidance to help clients reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their sense of agency.
With extensive experience across all levels of behavioral health care, she brings a trauma-informed lens and a compassionate presence to every session.
A dedicated yoga practitioner for over 28 years, Lety completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Uplifted™ by Brett Larkin in 2020 and earned her Trauma-Sensitive Yoga certification with Warriors at Ease (WAET) in 2021. She holds the E-RYT 200 credential, recognizing over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, and is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider), qualified to offer continuing education to fellow yoga teachers.
Lety is passionate about creating personalized, embodied experiences that invite playfulness, curiosity, and intention—helping others thrive by restoring a sense of safety, self-trust, and purpose within their own bodies.
