General Liability Waiver Khushi Holistic Wellness LLC (Applicable to all wellness and holistic services, in-person and online) By booking or participating in any service offered by Khushi Holistic Wellness LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Khushi Holistic Wellness LLC provides a variety of holistic services—including but not limited to Reiki, yoga, meditation, energy healing, wellness coaching, and other mind-body practices—intended to support personal well-being and self-awareness. These services are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or mental health care. I understand that the services provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Practitioners do not prescribe medications or offer clinical interventions. I agree to consult with a qualified healthcare provider for any physical or mental health concerns. I recognize that individual experiences with holistic services vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. While many people report increased relaxation, clarity, emotional release, or personal insight, I understand that these services are experiential in nature and outcomes are subjective. For virtual sessions, I am responsible for ensuring a safe, quiet, and private environment. I understand that the same standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and care apply. By participating in any service, I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I release and hold harmless Khushi Holistic Wellness LLC, its owner, employees, independent contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in these services, including any perceived or actual effects. All personal information shared during sessions will remain confidential, except when disclosure is required by law or for safety reasons. By continuing with services, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver, and that I am participating of my own free will.
