Prenatal & Postpartum yoga is a form of gentle yoga that is designed to complement the needs of your body during your pregnancy journey and postpartum. The focus is on hand picked poses that keep you safe while practicing movement, stretching, deep breathing, and centering. *This service can be provided online and in person. *Includes mindful journaling session , PDF with journaling prompts and meditation.
